"Editable Quizzes" string not translatable

Bug Description

Under <url>/quizzes.html there two strings entitled "Editable Quizzes" and "Deployed Quizzes" that do not seem to be translatable.

I speculate that because InlineViewPageTemplate is used and the html is generated through python, i18nextract cannot identify the translatable strings.

Any ideas ?
