Students should be able to request quizzes on specific skills

A student looking at their competency scores should be able to initiate "quizzes" on a given skill in order to demonstrate mastery of that skill. These quizzes should be saved by the system and they should be view-able by the teacher.

Thoughts / Questions:
  -- It would be much more motivational if students could know when their CanDo score had gone up as a result of their quiz results, but we don't want CanDo scores to change unless the teacher specifically requests an automatic update. Would a separate student view of their own skills scores that does update automatically be a solution to this?
-- We need to consider carefully how the teacher views the "log" of student activity. We definitely want to encourage student self study, but we also want the watchful eye of the trained teacher to have access to all the relevant data.
