Journal tab issues for manager

Steps to reproduce:

a) Starting with a fresh instance:

1. Add a school year
2. Add a term
3. Add the "manager" to the clerks group
4. Click the Journal tab and you'll get:

LocationError: (<schooltool.skin.flourish.zcml_content.FlourishSchoolAttendanceGradebook_gradebook-table object at 0x8b70490>, 'activities')

b) Starting with a fresh instance:

1. Import attached XLS with some linked sections
2. Add the "manager" to the clerks group
3. Click the Journal tab and you'll get:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'first'
