Bug Description
Currently, if you set an activity with:
Full Credit Score: 75
Minium Score: 25
and you grade a student 60 points on that activity, the Total shows 35.0 and the Average 70.0%.
The correct values should be Total: 60.0 and Average: 80.0% (60/75).
The minimum score value should only be used for validation in the UI.

True, it is very strange calculation, especially because minimum value is not visible anywhere.
