There's no way to know which report sheet templates have been deployed already

Bug Description

Even though report sheet have a "deployed" attribute and there's a container for "deployed" sheets, there's no view that allows you to look at deployed report sheets.

I fixed this in the flourish skin in the /manage view. There is a Report Sheets link that takes the user to a view that shows which report sheets have been deployed by term.

A checkmark should be used to indicate a deployed sheet. Now a plain 'X' is used.
