Bug Description
It is the role of a teacher in US schools to determine the score system they use to assign grades. APS, for example, requires that teachers make this explicit to students at the beginning of a course through the syllabus, but it is up to the teacher to determine.
There is currently no way in SchoolTool for teachers to do this.
