wording in layout report card form

Bug Description
Actually, for starters lets make it say "Report Card Layout" instead of "Layout Report Card."
The drop down menu should be labeled "Choose an activity to add" not "Choose a column to add."
Probably the "Update" button should say "Save." We really need to try to be explicit in this sort of form about when you're actually saving something.
Also a "OK" button that saves and takes you back to the year is probably a good idea.
