Put special column menu items in special column menus

Bug Description
Show/Hide for special columns has languished under the Last Name and First Name contextual menu items because... ? We had extended brain lock. It still isn't super-intuitive but I just had the stunning flash of insight that it would make a lot more sense if they would come up when you click on one of the special columns! I'm kind of ambivalent about leaving them in the name contextual menus. Probably not.

Also, I don't see any reason we aren't using "Tardy" at this point instead of "Trd." Five columns is fine for a label.
