Bug Description
Currently, there's no easy way for a admins/teachers to see all the grades for a student. They should have access to the same views students see (mygrades), with the same functionality (navigators showing sections related to the student being viewed).

There should be links on the student home page to take the admin/teacher to the different gradebooks (cando, journal, etc) the student sees.
