Need a PDF of all section skills

The "Printable Worksheet" report makes a readable PDF of all student skills in a single skills group in a single section. The problem is that it uses only skills numbers (001 002 003 etc) for column headings (this makes sense) and there is no way to generate an accompanying list of all section skills with which to cross reference the Printable Worksheet (this doesn't make sense and renders the first report much less useful).

We need a PDF listing all skills in a given section.
