Bug Description
As a teacher wanting to use SchoolTool to support project based learning and skills based evaluation, I want SchoolTool to support the following workflow:
1. I sit down in front of my computer, SchoolTool loaded, and look over the skills list for the section I'm teaching.
2. I think about a project / activity (a "skill driver" as dwelsh used to call them) that requires missing skills to complete.
3. I ask students to complete that project / activity.
4. I evaluate their skills based on their work on the project / activity.
There is at present no satisfactory way to do 1. I can go to the enter skills view and click on a student and select "score" from the drop down menu. This does give me the complete skills list I seek, but it is a work around instead of a good way to do this.
Instead:
1. There should be a "View Skills List" option under the "Reports" menu.
2. Clicking on it should open a separate window with a nice looking view of all the skills for a section.
The window should stay open until the teacher closes it, so they can use it as a reference while planning activities and evaluating skills.
