Bug Description

It appears your commit from 2010-03-05 reintroduced the bugs in SRFI 19 that were already fixed before, specifically the ones fixed in the commits from 2009-09-08 and 2009-02-27.

The bug fix from 2009-09-08 (for bug #426569) is still there (in tm:nanoseconds->values). I changed the fix to be R5RS, when I did revision 93, so that it can be fed-back into the reference implementation. It works for the few tests I did. Is it broken somehow?

Fixed in revision 96. I reapplied the bug fix from 2009-02-27.
