Bug Description

When we repaginate an element containing the selection, we update the selection to the new page, however if the element is empty, Firefox has an issue where the newly changed selection doesn't change as you type, so every character gets inserted at the beginning of the page. This results in text getting typed "backwards" for Firefox users. This issue is observed in Firefox 4; it does not occur in Chromium.
