CSS url has & where it should be &

Scale Journal is suffering from an aiki bug where the CSS URL has & where it should just be &

E.g.:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://scalejournal.org/style.php?site=default&amp;widgets=14_24_25_26_27_72_73_30_54_18&amp;language=english" />

Is this fixed in a newer version of aiki? This fix should be pushed to Scale.

ok, this is fixed in newer versions of aiki, but it must be in the db because it persists...bassel!!!!
