Bug Description
Would be nice to be able to create threads with higher priority.
For example, the swank threads could be started with higher priority
so that interrupts from Emacs are processed faster in case a lot of
threads are running at the same time.

Cannot be implemented with any reasonable degree of portability, I think, but I'm not opposed in principle.
