complex atanh regression on x86-64

in sbcl- complex atanh is broken. For example:

* (atanh #C(-0.7d0 1.1d0))

#C(-0.28715567731069275d0 0.9906184814861883d0)
* (tanh (atanh #C(-0.7d0 1.1d0)))

#C(-0.787044784591629d0 1.190085995290364d0)

sbcl was build from sources on 64-bit Fedora 9.

sbcl-1.0.16 gave correct value:

* (atanh #C(-0.7d0 1.1d0))

#C(-0.28715567731069275d0 0.9394245539093365d0)
