Bug Description
Attempting to build current CVS using clisp 2.43 fails for me with the following error:

Unknown declaration COMBINATION.
The whole declaration will be ignored.

Thanks! For some reason, I thought that there were more problems with
the clisp build (without -on-error -abort, which is how I've been
testing), but since there's only this one thing, we might as well work
around clisp's lack of interpretation...
Merged as sbcl-1.0.32.14.
