Bug Description

SBCL on Arm64 has text relocations, and this prevents building and running SBCL on platforms such as Android, which will refuse to link object files with text relocations.

Please refer to the attached files for the output from `scanelf(1)` and `objdump(1)` against SBCL on Arm64 Linux.

This issue isn't likely to gain traction unless you're volunteering to maintain arm64 android, or at bare minimum provide the necessary patches.

Closing this for lack of clear guidance and apparent lack of any volunteer stepping forward to maintain aarch64 on Android.
