error messages say "foo" and "bar"

Bug Description

Some error messages in method sb-sequence:make-sequence-like for list and vector were mistakenly left as "foo" and "bar".
This is unlikely to come up much, since in most cases the user won't need to use sb-sequence:make-sequence-like for lists or vectors, but it could happen.

Replacement error strings copy-pasted from "User-extensible sequences in Common Lisp"
http://www.doc.gold.ac.uk/~mas01cr/papers/ilc2007/sequences-20070301.pdf
