Bug Description

(compile nil '(lambda () (coerce 'integer (restart-bind foo))))

==>

The value
  FOO
is not of type
  LIST

sb-c::%constantp attempts to macroexpand (restart-bind foo), which is malformed.

Paul F. Dietz (paul-f-dietz) wrote :

That test is slightly confusing because the type is the second argument.

(compile nil '(lambda () (coerce 0 (restart-bind foo))))

also fails the same way.
