Windows 10, x86-64
This works on Linux, but fails on Windows:
(setq *standard-output*
(
(format *standard-output* "qwe")
(finish-output *standard-output*) ; <--- this one
#<THREAD "main thread" RUNNING {10056C6493}>:
Couldn't write to #<SB-SYS:FD-STREAM for "descriptor 1" {1007AF80E3}>:

That's because this code is wrong for windows, and it's internal API, don't use it.
