SB-INTROSPECT:WHO-SETS and WHO-REFERENCES don't work for DEFGLOBAL's

Bug Description
If I define a special variable using DEFVAR or DEFPARAMETER and sets/references them from somewhere else, WHO-SETS and WHO-REFERENCES correctly find the locations where they are set or referenced. But for global variables defined using SB-EXT:DEFGLOBAL, WHO-SETS and WHO-REFERENCES don't give any results.
