Bug Description

The windows installer seems to make a key by the name:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Softwarehttp://www.sbcl.orgSteel Bank Common Lisp 1.2.12 (X86-64)

Instead of placing itself under HKEY_*\Software\SBCL\
with subkeys, or whatever they're called, of URL, name, etc.

SBCL 1.2.12

CYGWIN_NT-6.1 Chesapeke 2.1.0(0.287/5/3) 2015-07-14 21:28 x86_64 Cygwin
