Bug Description
on x8664 windows, 1.2.11.70
Failure: pathnames.
from (make-pathname :name "\\" :type "txt") PRINTing as #P"\\.txt" which READs as #P"/.txt".
Not sure if it should handle "\\" in :NAME differently or just skip that part of the test on windows since it probably isn't a valid character in filenames anyway.
