[Wishlist] Contacts scope does not show all contacts

Bug Description
The Contacts scope's functionality is very limited as of the moment.
It only show your favorite contacts which I think could be expanded to display all contacts instead.
Today scope should remain showing only your favorite contacts but once you go to the actual Contacts scope, at least give the users the ability to search for any of their contacts.
