integrate pm 2.5 info for Weather

Chinese weather have pm2.5 information ! We need to:

1. find source for it
2. integrate into today / weather if nothing block us.

That makes sense.
But for all i know, the only website that provides global air pollution information is http://aqicn.org/, air pollution(pm2.5.. etc) statistic that you see on most Chinese website are also come from this site.
As long as aqicn grant us the following api, then we can make it.
("http://static.aqicn.org/webwgt/%s/widget.v1.js" % city ) city string can be Chengdu. Beijing, London.
e.g
http://static.aqicn.org/webwgt/Chengdu/widget.v1.js

There're bunch of discussion around public api access. But officially no respond. Considering aqicn is non-profitable organization, it's reasonable.

So business go first, then Weather scope / app will have air pollution statistic integration if we are granted with APIs by aqicn.

Any marketing guys in Beijing can help this will be great. I can forward him/her my detailed API request.

PS:No need to do today aggregator modification since content source come from weather scope.
