cover art not loaded on phones without cellular data

We have 3 sample tracks in the sevilerow project that come pre-loaded when you install saucy-customized. When the phone comes up and has 3g the cover art seems to be pulled from last.fm, this works fine for Chris Wayne (cwayne18). However, on phones (like mine) which lack cellular data (3g) the album art is not loaded, even after I enable Wifi and reboot the phone. I think that mediascanner may only scan the files once and hence skips loading the art for mine, but that's just a guess.

Repro steps:
1) Install saucy-customized or saucy-proposed-customized
2) Boot the phone without a SIM card or a SIM w/o 3g
3) Note the 3 tracks that don't have any album art.

Note that all 3 of these tracks have cover art embedded in the id3 tag.

With latest images, mediascanner will try to get the album art when you connect to a network. You might still need to perform a search, or restart the device once it does though. Can you still reproduce?

Extracting cover art embedded in the mp3s is not supported for now.

It does work if you connect to wifi and then do a search. Do we have another bug open for the lack of support for cover art in the id3 tags?
