Just a note that this is really only from the perspective of the UI.
From the perspective of savanna-api and the RESTful interface, there is no requirement that JobBinary and JobBinaryInternal are linked one-to-one. JobBinaryInternal is just another form of storage, like swift, and JobBinary objects simply refer to files stored at some other location. JobBinaryInternal objects have their own name, their own id, and can be created, listed, and deleted independently.
It's fine for the UI to present them as unified if it is creating JobBinaryInternal objects behind the scenes, but savanna-api itself shouldn't make that assumption...
