Please backport mangonel 1.1-0ubuntu1 (universe) from trusty to saucy, raring, quantal, and precise.

Reason for the backport:

Unless testing is absolutely necessary I am going to go out on limb and say that it will work on quantal and precise just as well as on raring, saucy and trusty.
