Bug Description
When you use the relogin command an error pops up on screen:
<begin>
~/ > relogin
[announce] System: Parthenon has left Rock the Halo.
A non-fatal error has occured [parseTokens]: *Bad argument 2 to foreach
Expected: array Got: 0.
<end>
You do get logged out and logged back in just fine it seems though.

Doesn't seem to prevent relogin from working and reported as a non-fatal error. So marking it as low importance.
