Bug Description

Cannot switch webcam on/off

$ samsung-tools -w status
Webcam control is not available

Webcam is working fine for other applications.

Nothing in /var/log/samsung-tools.log or /<userhome>/.samsung-tools/log

Modules easy-slow-down-manager and samsung-backlight loaded. (Tried module samsung-laptop, instead. Even worse: other controls stopped working).

PPA repository previously added as for Samsung-tools webpage for Ubuntu 12.04, as well as updated and upgraded.
