Bug Description

~/sammaty-election/.candidates.html produced by 'List Candidates' feature includes an avatar for each candidate. Currently this is file:///usr/share/pixmaps/nobody.png, which may not be present in all systems. Furthermore, avatar should not be included in this list unless options to add and change it are included in the application.
