no way how to change a hot-key for sidebar reload

Bug Description

The default hot-key for force-reloading-sidebar is set to ctrl-F12 which conflicts with default "open last closed tab" hot-key in TabMix Plus extension. This is very annoying because one losts all the conversation history accidentally (due to bug 301646).

I know I can edit this hot-key in xul files manually (and I did so) but GUI improvement would be nice - add this item after Preferences->SamePlace->Toggle_sidebar_key
