Bug Description
Hi.
I am from Russia. Accordingly, I talk a great deal of time in Russian.
Very interesting and useful addon, but there are some problems.
I have access ICQ is set to jabber through icq transport.
Accordingly, after connecting and send a message to people is not legible text. I get a message in a normal encoding.
What is wrong? And it can be rectified?
