Configuring Google account on port 5222/StartTLS fails

Bug Description

Probably fails because when wizard retries, it assumes it's doing so because first try failed due to non-existent username, so it attempts an iq-based user registration. In the case of talk.google.com:5222, however, first try fails because of mismatching server certificate.
