Occasional pink borders around tabs, buttons, etc.

Occasionally, tabs and other UI elements under Salience appear with a neon pink border around them for seemingly no reason.

Bug in something related to Ubuntu. Used to happen alot, may be related to Nvidia & cairo.

One of the reasons I gave up on Ubuntu last year.

I should note that I cannot reproduce this issue with Ambiance, and my laptop uses NVIDIA graphics. If you have a relevant bug link, please share so we can mark our project as affected by it. Thanks!

Relevant screenshot of the issue attached, seen in GTK+3 (can't remember offhand if it also appears in GTK+2). This issue appears seemingly at random.
