Transmission, USC progressbars completely transparent

Progressbar in Transmission does not reflect the amount of downloaded torrents. It has a full orange color as if the torrent is fully downloaded. It should only have orange color up to the point where torrent has downloaded.

I think a similar problem happens in the USC...I just didn't get around to reporting it yet.

In Transmission, if you deselect the torrent, it doesn't show anything. That means that the two colors are the same - black/grey by default

The same is with Ubuntu Software Center. I have two screenshots I'm going to attach - one showing USC while it's defocused, and one showing it wihle its progressbar is clicked on.

It appears from further testing in the USC that the problem is that the progressbars are completely transparent, not that they are all orange. There must be something in the theme which is causing that type of progress bar (whatever it is) not to be properly filled in with opaque color.

It should be noted that when the application in progress in the USC is selected, the progressbar's outline is still visible, but not when it is deselected. There's a couple issues at work here to create the ugly result, I think.
