Bug Description

As discovered by Christophe through a buggy project file here:

  http://www.salasaga.org/forum/index.php?topic=106.msg311;boardseen#new

Transition layers can be adjusted longer than the "max value" for them allows in a project file.

In 0.8.0-alpha7, the maximum transition out duration is 5 seconds. However, a person can adjust the duration value to be longer than that by dragging in the time line area.

After the project has been saved, Salasaga will then refuse to load the project file again, displaying the error code "ED 320".

The fix to this is to stop durations being adjustable to larger than the "max value" acceptable for them.
