Time estimates in the timeline sometimes wrong

Bug Description

The time estimations of the layers in the "time panel" sometimes fail, but if you click in the "+" or "-" buttons the new estimations are correct.

Haven't seen this in a while. It's very likely fixed in the current Subversion source, as Althaf has been redone a lot of the code in the time line widget and fixed a substantial amount of bugs.

Althaf has committed new time line widget code to the Subversion repository that doesn't exhibit this problem.

It will be available in Salasaga 0.8.0 Alpha8.
