Translations were not updated before release.

What do you mean? There is no pending translations to be reviewed in launchpad.

You did not update translations (PO files) in sources before release.

I'm checking the repository and in revisions 519 and 520 (after sakura 3.3.0) the po files were updated

It was Date: 2015-08-05 (3,5 month ago before release sakura-3.3.1). After this date new translations are available.

There was a pending merge with the translations branch i forgot. Now it is fixed, thanks.
