Bug Description
somewhere around version 3.1.2, the values for colorset seem to have changed. before you could use a hex number and now it wants rgba(). if you change the values in the gui there are no problems and hex is converted to rgb in the file, but if you only change them directly in the config file it keeps reading the hex values without converting them.
this leads to the problem where the value for opacity is not read because it seems to be expected in the form of rgba while the older versions had a colorset_opacity value. so if you have used sakura since before 3.1.2 and never changed anything in the gui, it just looks like transparency is broken.

Yes, my bad, I didn't noticed this regression. But I don't have a good solution for solving this, except removing the old config file and run sakura again to get a new one generated with rgba values.
