default decrease font keys keybinding interferes with emacs-style undo

Bug Description
Many people using Ctl+minus hotkey for undo in Bash and Emacs, so using this as decrease font accelerator seems a bad idea. I think this functionality is not for everyone's everyday use – maybe it'll worth to reassign defaults to GDK_KEY_

Yeah, it'd be better to make it configurable. Right now these and the switch tab keys are not yet configurable.
