Actually the XFCE lines in the desktop file are not included in the source desktop file. They're added in the XFCE package for sakura. Could you please resend this patch to the XFCE sakura packager? Thanks

There is no need to contact exo developers. Just the sakura packager for XFCE, it was probably him/her who added the lines to the desktop file (i didn't now about it until you created this bug report)
