set-m17n-env depends on locale.gen - locale.gen missing

Bug Description

It is not possible anymore to use set-m17n-env for
user preferences.

Running set-m17n-env results in the following error message:
grep: /etc/locale.gen: No such file or directory

Based on the date when this bug was reported you were using Breezy which is not supported anymore. Please reopen this report if this is still an issue in a later version of Ubuntu.

(This was "fixed" by virtue of m17n-env being removed.)
