Bug Description

endpoint_type config option is not used during glance client initialization. Public urls are being used in that case and this behavior cannot be changed in sahara config.

    Fixing endpoint type for glance client

    Providing endpoint_type option to glance client.
    Without that, public endpoint will be used to communicate
    with glance.
