[UI] Value Type field doesn't work

Bug Description
1. Go to tab "Job templates" and press button "Create Job Template".
2. In tab "Interface Argument" select a Value Type "String" and add new argument.
3. Select other Value Type and add new argument.
expected: argument with other value type added to list.
now: argument with "String" value type added to list.
