[UI] Launch job on new cluster doesn't work

Bug Description
steps to reproduce:
1. create job template
2. click Launch on new cluster
3. choose plugin and version and click Create
As a result the form for plugin choosing is still here and nothing are going to happen.

Fix job launching on new cluster
Job launching on new cluster stuck on choose plugin step. Nothing
happened after click on Create button. This patch fix this.
