Description:
The creation of a cluster (e.g. Vanilla Apache Hadoop) isn't possible via the UI/Horizon due to some 404-Error during the Node Group Template creation.
Steps for reproduction:
(in Horizon/Dashboard - logged in as admin)
1) Project -> Data Processing
2) Node Group Templates -> Create Template
3) Plugin Name "Vanilla Apache Hadoop" - Version "2.6.0" (or any other constellation)
4) Click "Next" -> Dashboard error "Danger: An error occurred. Please try again later."
Log Error:
...
Not Found: /horizon/
