test_transient_gating requires vanilla2 plugin

Bug Description

test_transient_gating has an hardcoded dependency on the vanilla2 configuration, and it is executed also when SKIP_ALL_TESTS_FOR_PLUGIN = True for Vanilla2. I see two possible changes that could be done:
a) explicit dependency on the vanilla2 plugin, which means skip it if SKIP_ALL_TESTS_FOR_PLUGIN = True for Vanilla2
b) change the test to be able to use another image, so that it can be possible to test transient clusters with different plugins.

I think the idea is to test transient cluster more than vanilla2 transient clusters, which should make solution a) less likely.

It affects only IT test which was removed. In scenario tests you can make cluster transient by the option
