Version returned by plugin SPI is not hadoop version

Plugin SPI now contains "get_versions" method. Result of this method is lately passed to other methods by "hadoop_version" name.
Actually this is not "hadoop_version", but version of Sahara plugin. Usually version of Sahara plugin can be mapped one-to-one to version of specific version. But specific distro itself can be mapped to Hadoop version. E.g. CDH5 is based on Apache Hadoop 2.3.0. HDP 2.0.x is based on Apache Hadoop 2.2.0.

The first step should be rename "hadoop_version" to "plugin_version". Next, we may want to have hadoop version returned by plugins. This could be helpful e.g. to determine FsShell API in EDP since FsShell API is not compatible between hadoop 1 and hadoop 2. This bug is for the first step only.
